Founded in 2020 by Sander Joonyoung van Bladel and Veronika Strotmann, Yepoda is a fast-growing beauty start-up based in the heart of Berlin. Our products are available across Europe and, since March 2025, at Sephora Europe, online and in over 250 stores. As a certified B Corp, we are committed to building a business with purpose. We are hiring a PR Manager to own and elevate Yepoda’s PR strategy with a strong focus on the UK and US markets, supporting our next phase of international growth.


This role leads PR strategy, storytelling, and media relations across key markets and works closely with Brand, Influencer, Creative, and Trade Marketing teams to ensure consistent, high-impact communication across all brand touchpoints.

Your Tasks

Own and execute Yepoda’s PR strategy with a strong focus on UK and US media, while supporting global brand consistency Plan, write, and coordinate press releases, media pitches, press kits, seeding, and PR activations across key markets Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, and media partners in the UK, US, and Europe Manage PR agencies, budgets, retainers, and performance reporting Lead PR communication for key brand moments including product launches, retail expansion, Pride, sustainability, and giving back initiatives Develop PR storytelling concepts in close collaboration with Creative and Influencer teams Ensure consistent brand tone and messaging across PR, influencer collaborations, social media, and selected brand touchpoints Partner with Trade Marketing on B2B and retail-related PR activities, including Sephora Maintain accurate and up-to-date company facts, press materials, and media assets

Your Profile

Several years of experience in PR, communications, or brand marketing, ideally within beauty, lifestyle, or consumer brands Strong experience working with UK and or US media landscapes Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with confidence writing press-ready content Comfortable owning PR strategy end to end and working independently Highly organised, detail oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects in parallel Collaborative, calm, and adaptable in a fast-moving scale-up environment Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
