Aufgaben

Investigation of power system switching/lightning transients, insulation coordination, resonance (SSR, SSTI) and converter-driven stability Acquisition and execution of power system studies related to EMT Technical support of our national and international customers as modelling and simulation expert for power system transients Planning and execution of training and seminars worldwide about EMT and other topics related to power system analysis Development and improvement of PowerFactory application examples and guidelines Support of the PowerFactory-development related to EMT-simulation, corresponding models, co-simulation and corresponding interfaces Attending international conferences and trade fairs as well as participating in working groups in your field of expertise Product presentations and technical support for sales processes

Profil

----------

Degree (Masters/ PhD) in Electrical Power Engineering Experience in the analysis of power system transients Experience with PowerFactory or other established EMT tools Skills in Python or other scripting languages are of advantage Experience with modelling in DSL/Modelica is beneficial Willingness to extend your expert knowledge in other fields Ability to communicate, collaborate and interact with clients and project members Willingness to travel
