We are offering a full-time, fixed-term position for a period of 3 years, with the possibility to extend for another 3 years. Starting Date is 1st October 2025 (or next possible date).

Your tasks:

Participation in the above-mentioned research fields, specifically independent conception, implementation, and analysis of empirical research work Writing international publications on A (+)-level and participating in academic conferences Supporting the advising of doctoral students Developing teaching material and teaching modules in our bachelor and master programs and supervising final BSc/MSc theses (4 SWS) Supporting the acquisition of third-party funding Administration and service

What we expect:

A doctoral degree in marketing (or another closely related discipline) Enthusiasm for research questions at the intersection of digital transformation / innovation and market-oriented management / customer behavior A promising research agenda and the ability and ambition to publish in top-tier business journals (such as journals ranked in the FT50 or UT Dallas journal list) Advanced knowledge in empirical research and an excellent understanding of quantitative and/or qualitative research methods English language skills: Fluent; German language skills are advantageous, but not required Demonstrated teaching excellence Very strong communication and teamwork skills Very high level of engagement and independent working style Experience in applying for and obtaining external funding is an advantage
