PMO LEAD COMPLEXITY MANAGEMENT PROGRAM (F/M/D)
Responsibilities


Lead the Project Management Office (PMO) within the framework of the global Complexity Management Program (CMP) Further develop and ensure company-wide project management standards and methods Monitor and track projects regarding time, quality, and achievement of objectives Prepare and continuously improve management reporting Coach business project managers within the respective departments Develop and enhance a training and qualification concept for project managers Work closely with the Global Process Management (GPM) organization and other key functions (e.g., Change Management, IT) Qualifications


Successfully completed degree in industrial engineering, business administration, mechanical engineering, or a comparable field of study Several years of professional experience in project management, ideally in an international industrial or mechanical engineering environment Solid knowledge in applying project management standards (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2, IPMA) and process management methods Experience in leading PMO organizations or managing complex, cross-functional projects Strong organizational skills, analytical mindset, and a deep understanding of business processes Confident and audience-oriented communication skills combined with persuasiveness at all hierarchical levels Team-oriented, motivated, and solution-driven working style Excellent command of German and English, both written and spoken The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
