This is what you can do

Provide first line support for CAD and PLM system. Support fixing of issue during operation. Coordinate with the technical team on 2nd level issues resolution. Collaborate with developers, analysts, and project managers to ensure project success. Support the definition, specification, development, testing and deployment of system’s enhancements. Ensure consistent application performance and improve IT landscape, and system reliability. Ensure the Service-Quality, customer satisfaction, and proper monitoring of the SLAs and the SLA reporting. Optimize existing systems and process.

You’ll bring this with you

2+ years professional expertise in relevant fields of IT. Fachinformatiker or Bachelor or Master’s degree in information technology or engineering (aeronautics / aviation / mechanical). Experience in PLM system implementation projects, preferably 3DExperience or SmarTeam Ability to prioritise, manage and execute multiple simultaneous tasks. Good presenting and communication skills. Project management skills, including documentation and timeline control. Proficiency in English. Ability to work in multicultural and multinational environment.
