The Platform Operations Manager owns LiveOps and CRM end to end across the JustPlay ecosystem. This role is responsible for turning product plans and business goals into high quality, measurable execution that drives revenue, LTV, retention and engagement.
You will own how events and player communications are planned, executed, measured and improved across the platform. This includes full ownership of LiveOps and CRM calendars, operational standards, tooling effectiveness and performance outcomes.
You will lead the CRM and LiveOps execution, act as the main point of accountability for all operational questions and work closely with Product, Engineering, Games and Business teams to ensure the right communication reaches the right users through the right channels at the right time.
This is a hands-on manager role with strong ownership expectations. You are expected to solve operational problems directly, enforce execution discipline and continuously improve how LiveOps and CRM operate as a system.
