To strengthen our production team, we are looking for an

immediate, permanent

position

Plant operator extrusion technology (m/f/d)

full-time (40 hours) in a 3-shift system.



To manage our extrusion lines, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced full-time (40-hour) plant operator at our production site in 96257 Redwitz ad Rodach. In this role, you will be responsible for the smooth operation, monitoring, and maintenance of our state-of-the-art WPC extrusion lines. You will be part of a dynamic team and contribute to the production of high-quality, recyclable products based on sustainable materials.

Tasks and responsibilities

Operation and monitoring of extrusion lines according to established procedures and standards. Ensure that machines are properly set up and calibrated to ensure optimal production performance. Monitoring production processes to achieve quality, efficiency and production goals. Troubleshooting minor faults and technical issues during operations to minimize downtime. Carrying out regular maintenance work according to the maintenance plan to keep the equipment in good condition. Logging of production data, quality control parameters and maintenance activities. Adhere to safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe workplace. Work closely with the production and quality team to monitor and continuously improve product quality. Identification of opportunities for process optimization and increased efficiency

Your qualifications

Completed technical training in mechanical engineering, process engineering or similar. Experience in the operation and maintenance of extrusion systems, preferably in the field of WPC or plastics processing. Understanding of the fundamentals of extrusion technology and process management. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation. Hands-on mentality and willingness to work in a production-oriented environment. Problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure. Team-oriented working style and good communication skills. Knowledge in the areas of occupational safety and environmental protection.
