About the Role:

We are hiring a skilled PKI Engineer fluent in German to support the technical implementation of enterprise PKI solutions in Germany. You will be a vital part of our professional services team, working closely with internal architects, partner sales teams, and customer IT stakeholders to deploy robust digital certificate infrastructures across multiple enterprise clients.

What You Will Be Doing:

Deploy and configure PKI infrastructures for enterprise clients, including Certificate Authorities, Registration Authorities, and HSM integrations. Participate in technical workshops, customer meetings, and support documentation efforts. Implement certificate lifecycle management systems and support security audits and compliance reviews. Troubleshoot issues related to certificate services, hardware security modules, and directory services. Work in close partnership with the architect and sales teams to ensure smooth solution handoffs and delivery.

What We Want To See:

3+ years of hands-on experience in PKI, cryptography, or digital certificate engineering. Strong understanding of enterprise certificate environments, including TLS, S/MIME, and Code Signing. Fluency in German and proficiency in English. Comfort working remotely while interfacing with on-site and virtual teams. Ability to document configuration procedures and best practices for long-term customer enablement.

Technologies used in this role:

Sectigo (preferred) or similar PKI platforms Microsoft ADCS HSMs (Thales, SafeNet, etc.) Automation tools and scripting (PowerShell, Bash, etc.) Certificate lifecycle and key management platforms

Bonus Points for:

Previous experience supporting German enterprise or government customers Security compliance knowledge (e.g., eIDAS, NIST, ETSI) Sectigo or other PKI certifications * Prior experience in fast-paced consulting engagements
