We are looking for a
Pizzaiolo
for our restaurant Coccodrillo in Veteranenstrasse 9, 10119 in Berlin.Your Mission:
Guaranteeing pizza quality Perfect knowledge of the ingredients used Responsible for the speed of execution / rate of cooking and preparation Responsible for the proper maintenance of equipment and alerting the operator to any need for replacement Responsible for preservation of ingredients Responsible for the cleanliness of the area before, during and after service
