YOUR FUTURE ROLE

Would you like to work as a Country Manager for a unique people- oriented company? With your hands on mentality you will develop short- and long-term sales strategies and objectives for Belgium and Luxembourg. Together with our Importer you focus on increasing product distribution, brand / product education and POS visibility. You will work together with various stakeholders while travelling frequently. Are you proactive, passionate, pragmatic and an international FMCG specialist personality with experience in sales and (Trade-)Marketing? Ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Personal, Wirtschafts-, Rechts- oder Sozialwissenschaften
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im HR-Bereich
Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS 365 sowie ein gutes Verständnis für Projektarbeit
Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Arbeits-, Betriebsverfasssungs- und Sozialversicherungsrecht
Offene, ehrliche und empathische Persönlichkeit mit Spaß zum Arbeiten im Team, analytisches Denkvermögen und ausgeprägte Lösungsorientierung, eigenständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, hohe Zuverlässigkeit, exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeit
