Personal Shopping Return Coordinator (f/m/d)

To support our team we are searching for a Personal Shopping Return Coordinator (f/m/d) to be based in our warehouse in Leipzig.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Process all incoming Personal Shopping customer returns efficiently and accurately. Monitor return shipments to ensure timely receipt and resolution. Manage support tickets, ensuring timely communication and resolution of return-related queries. Record and document all problem cases with clear and comprehensive notes. Ensure all return activities are documented clearly in our systems and align with internal quality standards. Assist with root cause analysis for stock discrepancies and returns-related issues. Investigate and resolve stock variances and inventory queries.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

Completed training in logistics or a commercial field. Experience in warehouse operations, including returns processing. Familiarity with luxury goods handling is a plus. Confident in using MS Office, especially Excel; experience with ERP systems (NAV) is essential. You enjoy working in a dynamic work environment and bring a self-reliant, structured, and responsible working style. Flexibility and a hands-on mentality.
