We are looking for a Personal Assitant/Translator who speaks

Mandarin

English

Dresda

.


Key Responsibilities



Provide high-level administrative and personal assistance to management in an international environment; Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings, coordinating between time zones and stakeholders—including scheduling and conflict resolution; Organize business travel logistics (flights, hotels, visas, local transport), potentially accompanying executives if needed; Translate and draft correspondence, reports, presentations, and documents between Mandarin, English; Facilitate interpretation and linguistic support during meetings, calls, or conferences involving Chinese/English speakers; Coordinate with international teams, manage communication flows, handle incoming & outgoing emails and posts; Support basic expense and invoice processing, as well as onboarding/offboarding administrative tasks; Identify efficiency improvements in workflows, office systems, and processes.

Required Qualifications & Skills



Language



Mandarin

: Fluent (written & spoken)

English

: Fluent (C1/C2), both written and spoken

Experience & Education



Bachelor’s degree in translation, languages, international business, communications, or related field; At least

2 years of experience

in management support, translation;

Technical Skills



Proficiency with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); Experience booking travel, managing events, and processing basic financial documents; Excellent written and editing skills in multilingual contexts.
