Your Opportunity:
You’ll own performance across our paid channels - Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Pinterest - and work closely with our creative and data teams to scale efficiently while maintaining a strong contribution margin.
Your Responsibilities:
Manage high-budget campaigns:
You will be responsible for planning and scaling large-budget campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Pinterest.
Translate data into actionable insights:
You analyze campaign data and generate actionable optimization and creative feedback.
Run structured tests:
You conduct tests on offers, hooks, formats, and personas to improve MER and CAC efficiency.
Stay ahead of industry changes:
You keep up-to-date with algorithm updates, attribution shifts, and platform best practices.
Ensure tracking accuracy:
You collaborate with tech partners to maintain accurate performance tracking.
Collaborate with creatives:
You work closely with the creative team to brief new iterations and identify winning patterns.
Monitor and optimize daily:
You monitor campaign performance daily and proactively optimize without waiting for instructions.
Your Profile
Data-driven growth operator:
You have at least 2 years of experience scaling DTC brands to over €10M in annual revenue.
Fully available:
You focus primarily on 1-2 brands, valuing mental space and proactivity over juggling many accounts.
Platform expert:
You have deep experience with Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Pinterest; Google Ads experience is a plus
Passion for testing and attribution:
You are passionate about testing, attribution, and evolving algorithms inside Ads Manager.
Performance obsessed:
You focus on performance but understand brand and creative interplay.
Tool proficiency:
You are proficient with analysis tools like Triple Whale and Motion.
Language:
Fluent in English + Dutch (must).
Clear communicator:
You communicate clearly and thrive in fast-paced environments.
