Our company is headquartered in the US, but we're building up a Berlin-base as well. You'll work directly with the founder of the company. We'll meet two to three times a month - so this role will give you a lot of flexibility, your own hours and independence.
You're going to lead all our paid advertising and performance marketing efforts. This is a great role if you want to help build an international company and enable the next phase of growth.
More important than your formal education is a proven track record! We expect you to have at least five years of experience in paid ads and performance marketing!
What we're expecting:
Paid Search Mastery: Deep Google Ads skill (keywords, SQR hygiene, remarketing) with proof in booked calls ? clients for ACV $50k+.
CRO & Funnels: Builds VSL + scheduler pages, reduces friction, adds qualification, and A/B tests weekly across book-a-call and lead-magnet flows.
Data & Reporting: Fluent in GTM/GA4/HubSpot; ships dashboards that track conversion ? appointment ? opportunity ? revenue. Intent Expansion: Adds adjacent queries (strategy execution, goal alignment), segments by lead quality, and protects economics at scale.
Leadership & Vendor Management: Consolidates SEO/web/ads vendors under one plan and holds them accountable. Cultural Fit: Builder mentality, clear communicator, steady under seasonality; prefers tests and numbers over opinions.
Of course we're expecting business-ready English for this role (C1 level or even better native-level)

Application Process
We will setup an initial conversation followed by an in-depth interview. Afterwards we will go through a small case-study and one final interview round. We aim for a thorough but still quick interview process within a matter of a few weeks.
