The

Outlet team

is made up of three core areas: 1) Tech & Product, 2) Marketing & CRM, and 3) Business Development & Supply Side. We are a young, international team working together in a modern office in the heart of downtown Hamburg.



To strengthen our marketing team, we are looking for a

Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

to join us as soon as possible and help take the outlet business to the next level.

Responsibilities

Planning, execution, and optimization of performance marketing campaigns (e.g. Paid Social, SEA, Display) Analyzing performance data to identify potential for improvement Budget control and allocation, as well as the development of new management concepts Creating reports and presentations for internal stakeholders Close collaboration with internal departments such as Tech, Content, and Business Intelligence Researching new trends, tools, and platforms in performance marketing

Requirements

Successfully completed studies in business, marketing, media, or a comparable field Initial practical experience or several years of professional experience in online marketing or e-commerce, e.g. through internships, student jobs, or full-time roles Passion for digital advertising and data-driven work Analytical mindset with a strong affinity for numbers and KPIs Structured and independent working style Team spirit and hands-on mentality Very good English skills
