We’re now looking for a

performance marketing freelancer

to join our project team on a contractual basis, with an estimated workload of 20–30 hours per month. In this role, you’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns while using data to guide performance and growth.

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

Plan and run performance-driven campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Microsoft Ads. Contribute to the development and optimization of strategies within PPC, SEM, paid social, and growth marketing. Analyze campaigns and channels to measure effectiveness and impact on KPIs. Build and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize key performance metrics. Provide clear, data-driven recommendations to enhance campaign outcomes.

Requirements

What we’re looking for:

A strong portfolio showcasing successful performance marketing campaigns. 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, marketing analytics, or performance marketing. Expertise in PPC, SEM, paid social, and digital campaign strategy. Solid understanding of data analysis, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization. Experience managing campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant platforms.
