Job summary:
As a HR Admin & Finance Working Student (m/w/d) you support HR Admin & Finance-related inquiries of the Lufthansa Innovation Hub (LIH) and its products & services. You drive the daily accounting operations, support efficient processes, and act as the core counterpart for the Finance Manager and HRBP. In your role, you balance daily tasks (“Dailys”) with efficiency and optimization initiatives to constantly improve our processes and eliminate pain points.
Responsibilities:
HR Administration:
You are responsible for handling sensitive employee documents
You will draw up employment contracts in consultation with your Lead and will be responsible for the administrative processes of new hires including onboarding (e.g. ZUP, Introduction)
You need to identify pain points in admin processes and driving improvements to resolve them sustainably
Finance:
You support the day-to-day financial operations of LIH and its products & services
You are the central person for invoicing and processing of payment transactions and credit card management
You support in the preparation of monthly financial statements
You monitor, analyze and validate routine expenditures (e.g. travel expenses)
Service Excellence & Process Optimization:
Next to the day-to-day business, you will be actively involved in optimizing and streamlining our operational HR and finance processes with a strong efficiency and service mindset
You are the service-focused support for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth HR and Finance operations
You need to identify pain points in admin processes and driving improvements to resolve them sustainably
Your profile:
You are pursuing a degree in Finance, Business Administration, or similar
Well organized and know how to prioritize between daily tasks and optimization projects
Strongly service orientation and problem-solving mindset
Good communication skills verbal and written
Fluent in German and English (written and verbal)
