We are looking for a strategic partner and coach to join our team, who can translate business needs into People & Culture (P&C) requirements, drive transformation, and ensure alignment between business and people strategy. The ideal candidate will focus on enabling leadership, change, and organizational effectiveness.



Key Responsibilities:



Serve as a consulting & sparring partner for managers on performance, transformation, strategy, and organizational design. Act as a proactive impulse generator using KPIs and business understanding. Lead strategic workforce and succession planning, as well as talent management initiatives. Provide consulting on recruitment, selection, and exit processes. Oversee labor law and works council management. Implement group-wide P&C concepts and guidelines at the local/business level. Drive engagement initiatives and continuous process improvement and digitalization. Participate in various initiatives, such as serving as an engagement champion.

Your profile:



Qualification:

Completed relevant degree, e.g. business administration, psychology, law. Further training in business coaching is desirable.

Experience and know-how:

+ At least 5-8 years of relevant professional experience in a large, international organization with matrix structures.
+ Extensive recruiting experience.
+ Experience in strategic HR work.
+ Data literacy.
+ Coaching and moderation skills, change methods.
+ Good knowledge of labour law and experience in working with works councils and if possible also with collective agreements.

Personality:

Communicative, curious, empathetic, goal-oriented, and hands-on mentality.

Working style

: Self-independent, team-oriented, value-oriented work.

Languages:

Very good knowledge of German and English.
