The Opportunity
This position works out of our Neustadt am Rbge. Abbott Laboratories GmbH location.We are seeking a
PCR Scientist (m/f/x)
for Site Neustadt a. Rbge. to lead the development, improvement, and validation of
PCR methods
for quality control and release testing of
Pancreas Powder (API)
.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage PCR-related projects, including coordination of all internal, cross-functional, and external international activities
Develop and optimize PCR methods per international guidelines (ICH, EMA, FDA)
Lead a team of two PCR experts
Collaborate cross-functionally and globally with internal and external partners
Prepare regulatory CMC documentation for global submissions
Support product lifecycle and growth through analytical expertise
Provide technical guidance and troubleshoot lab issues
Your Profile:
PhD preferred, with 2+ years in the pharmaceutical industry
Strong knowledge of PCR technology and international regulations (Pharmacopoeia, ICH, EMA, FDA)
Skilled in analytical methods, basic statistics, and project management
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
