As a P&C Operations Advisor, you’ll be at the heart of our employee experience, supporting people and managers with clear, reliable, and timely advice. You’ll manage key HR processes, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring accuracy and compliance every step of the way. This is a hands-on role where you’ll collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Payroll, and other stakeholders to keep things running smoothly.

Principle Accountabilities
Act as first point of contact for employees and managers on HR inquiries raised via ServiceNow
Support HR processes including hiring, transfers, resignations, and related contract and document preparation
Maintain accurate employee records and coordinate with Payroll for timely processing
Prepare and deliver onboarding sessions for new employees
Enter and maintain personnel and compensation data in Workday, ensuring correct interface with SAP payroll
Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Payroll to ensure consistent and compliant processes
Skills and Experience Required
Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken
Strong attention to detail and commitment to protecting sensitive data
Ability to work effectively in a team with a collaborative and approachable style
Confidence in using MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)
Practical experience with HR systems, ideally Workday and ServiceNow
Solid understanding of HR processes and knowledge of relevant labor law
