Your tasks:

Independent execution and monitoring of monthly payroll processing for our German entities using SAP S/4HANA Handling all payroll-related topics such as social security, income tax, company pension schemes, and time management Serving as a contact person for employees, managers, and external parties regarding all payroll matters Maintaining and verifying payroll-relevant data as well as preparing analyses and reports Contributing to the ongoing optimization and digitalization of payroll processes Supporting internal and external audits (e.g. auditors, social security institutions)

Your skills:

Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification, ideally with further training in payroll accounting Professional experience in payroll accounting, preferably with SAP S/4HANA Sound knowledge of income tax and social security law Basic knowledge of payroll accounting processes Strong service orientation as well as communication and teamwork skills High degree of personal responsibility, reliability, and discretion Enjoyment in shaping and optimizing processes Good MS Office skills Enjoy communicating in an intercultural environment in both German and English, spoken and written
