An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an energetic team in the

La Marzocco German branch office.

We are looking for a

Payroll Specialist

with excellent organizational skills, time-planning and attention to detail to directly contribute to a fantastic employee experience.

What You'll Do





Gather information on hours worked for each employee Responsible for timely collating of payroll relevant data and transmitting all payroll input to our external payroll vendors Perform tasks to establish and maintain employee payroll records Entering data into the HR software and maintaining these data always up-to-date Managing employee benefits (such as gym membership, fuel voucher, grocery voucher, etc.) Update and maintain reports related to HR data (headcount, personnel cost, bonus, new hires, termination) Prepare and execute pay orders to distribute paychecks Address issues and questions regarding payroll from employees and superiors Managing travel expenses reports with a software tool Handling the employee’s credit card reports Support the HR Headquarter Office in the management of the employment contracts Support the HR HQ Office in developing HR guidelines Support the HR HQ Office with onboarding of new employees

We are looking for an applicant who is energised, trustworthy, and hard-working, with excellent communication and team working skills. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude with a courteous and helpful approach. Overall, we are looking for someone who has/is:



Trustworthy with attention to confidentiality Outstanding organizational ability with great attention to detail Excellent communication skills Excellent time management skills with the ability to plan, prioritise workload and respect deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft packages (Excel, Word, Outlook), databases and internet usage Proven experience as Payroll specialist SAP knowledge Working knowledge of HRIS Very good knowledge of legislation and regulations of the field "Can do attitude” and driven Fluent in English and German – Italian will be considered as a plus High school diploma or equivalent; Degree in business, accounting or relevant field is a plus
