Responsibilities:
Develop the Partnerships program, aligning with tactical and global strategic goals.
Identify potential partners through market and competitive analyses.
Proactive acquisition of new strategic partners / channel partners that refer new sellers to HS Soft, and product partners who complement our ecosystem of products.
Conducting negotiations and concluding contracts with new partners in order to secure long-term cooperation.
Develop partner plans to achieve mutual growth across new and existing partners.
- Become a HS Soft product expert and use it in partnership strategy - articulate the value of our platform and ecosystem to external and internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with Product, Account Management, Support, and Sales teams to identify and engage potential Partners to enhance our product functionality and distribution.
Work closely with go-to-market functions such as Sales, Account Management, Customer Success and Marketing to ensure the success of HS Soft’s Sellers and achievement of partnership goals.
Represent the voice Partnerships program across HS Soft globally, contributing insights and feedback from the local market.
Own the full partner life-cycle from sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, and onboarding to financial forecasting, joint go-to-market initiatives, and long-term success management.
Build and nurture deep relationships with HS Soft teams and external partners to drive strategic alignment and sustained growth with partners.
Developing innovative business models and identifying new sales potential.
Monitoring market dynamics and identifying trends and growth opportunities at an early stage.
Requirements:
3+ years of proven experience in building partnerships, ideally in Fintech/ISV/software integration domain.
Experience in closing channel partners and working with partner sales teams to generate new seller leads.
Experience closing deals ranging from tactical, mid-size opportunities, to strategic and complex partners.
Comfort engaging in detailed technology-based conversations with partners across multiple POS and Payment verticals.
Ability to engage senior executives and influence stakeholders across organizations.
Native or near-native German communication skills; confident, clear, and persuasive across all channels (phone, email, video, LinkedIn, event).
Familiarity with the POS, payment, or retail/hospitality industry.
Natural networker with strong business acumen and a passion for developing new business opportunities.
Strategic thinking and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to persuade at all levels.
Comfortable with high-volume outreach and fast feedback loops.
Knowledge of HubSpot CRM.
Experienced in building relationships with strategic partners.
A hunter mentality with ability to actively approach people and love building new relationships.
Experience in opening up new markets and actively placing an innovative AI-powered product on the market.
