As a Paid Traffic Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of our paid online marketing campaigns. Your goal is to maximize reach and conversions through data-driven advertising strategies
Tasks
Develop strategy how to improve revenue and traffic to the EU subs 9 websites (Germany, UK, France, Netherlands, Spain, Belgium, Austria, Poland, Ireland) + support EMEA distributors
Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) – current main markets : UK, Germany, France, Spain, Austria
Monitor performance and continuously optimize campaigns based on key metrics
Manage advertising budgets and ensure efficient allocation
Create performance reports and derive actionable insights
Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Ecom, Sales) and external partners (Agencies for Content and Consulting)
Conduct A/B testing and drive conversion rate optimization
Requirements
Degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in paid advertising
Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and other ad platforms
Analytical mindset and data-driven approach
Experience with tracking tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, etc.)
Self-motivated, organized, and a team player
Fluent in German and English
