We are currently looking for a Paid Search Manager who will be integral to driving high-level performance across Lovehoney Group, specifically in our Swiss market. Partnering directly with the in-house PPC team and Amorana marketing teams, your focus will be on driving efficient in-house growth through our SEA channel. In this role, you will combine your appreciation for precision and experimentation with your capacity for strategic impact. You will develop skills crucial to advancing in a competitive, fast-paced retail sector, all within a company that prizes dedication and results.

What you will do



Develop and execute the SEA strategy for Amorana in line with business goals. Manage spends and budget allocation to meet KPIs. Ensure account setup and bidding structure are optimal to maximise profit and drive growth. Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and landing page optimisation and testing for continual account improvement. Track and report on costs, revenue, ROI, and SEA KPIs, aligning with key stakeholders and staying current on PPC trends and tools. Partner with the Amorana marketing team to ensure the brand strategy is reflected across SEA campaigns, identify growth opportunities, and deliver regular performance insights.

What you should bring



At least 2 years of professional experience in SEA, either in-house or at an agency, ideally in an e-commerce environment. Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, Bing Ads, and Google Analytics. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a creative approach to industry limitations. Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimisation, and a strong command of keyword research and targeting strategy. Fluency in English is essential; German language skills are highly desirable.
