to support our

administrative, automation, procurement & commercial activities

Agentic AI-powered company related to Transformation & HR Consultancy services!




You will work

remotely

, collaborate with different business functions, and contribute to improving operational efficiency through structured administration and smart use of technology.

What You Will Do




In this role, you will be responsible for:


Performing and managing

administrative tasks

with high accuracy


Supporting

automation initiatives

(workflows, tools, digital forms, dashboards)


Assisting with

procurement activities

(supplier data, purchase requests, public and private tenders, commercial opportunities, comparisons)


Maintaining trackers, databases, and drafting documentation with AI


Identifying inefficiencies and suggesting process improvements


Coordinating with internal stakeholders and external vendors


Supporting compliance, reporting, and structured record-keeping

Who You Are



Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant field (Business, Administration, Supply Chain, HR, IT, or similar)

Strong in administrative work

and highly detail-oriented

Tech-savvy

, with confidence using digital tools (Excel required; Jira, Automation tools are a plus) Able to work

autonomously and responsibly in a remote setup

Structured, proactive, and reliable

Language requirements:



Fluent English (mandatory)




Advanced Dutch (strongly desirable!)



Spanish (nice-to-have)
