Looking to make a meaningful impact in operational procurement and process optimization? Join our team as a P2P Process Excellence Lead (all genders) and help shape the future of how we buy, receive, and pay. This role bridges operations, digital transformation, and cross-functional collaboration to create lasting value across the Procure-to-Pay process.



Your Responsibilities



Analyze and optimize P2P processes, focusing on operational procurement activities such as PO creation, order tracking, and goods receipt. Translate business needs and pain points into structured requirements and coordinate with technology teams to implement effective, fit-for-purpose, and user-friendly solutions. Lead and support cross-functional P2P projects, defining goals and timelines while ensuring successful implementation and adoption. Facilitate communication and alignment across departments including procurement, logistics, finance, and IT, ensuring proper documentation and change management. Design training and enablement materials, support user acceptance testing, and oversee the rollout of process or system changes. Develop KPIs and dashboards to monitor process performance and report results to key stakeholders and leadership.

Your Profile



Degree in business, supply chain, or a related field — or a commercial apprenticeship with at least 7 years of relevant experience in procurement or P2P operations. Solid understanding of end-to-end P2P processes, particularly operational procurement workflows. Proficient with ERP systems (ideally SAP), MS Office (especially Excel), and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI). Experience in process mapping, requirement definition, and collaboration with IT or digital teams. Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and a hands-on, structured approach to implementation. Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. Business-fluent in both German and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
