We are seeking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our Operations Team as a Ops Engineering and Quality Engineering technician.




The Process Assistant will be part of the Engineering team and will primarily help identify, root cause and resolve inbound receiving and quality issues with Operations.

Key job responsibilities

Support and work in assigned department. as required Work with internal customers to quickly identify, root cause and resolve inbound receive issues Work through inbound receive tickets Complete time studies Complete process audits Assist with collecting metrics and product attributes Assist with testing out new technologies and software Track and report labor hours Verify SOP compliance Ensure successful area performance through tracking, reporting, and feedback of performance Participate in Operational Excellence initiatives in some capacity Fully understand workflow and daily production goals Review and update SOP, as required Assist in keeping work area clean and organized Identify and address safety hazards within the work area Participate in safety initiatives Additional duties, as assigned


Quality

Inbound Problem Solving

Onboarding new AA’s for Quality process

Managing of the ticket Tracking – Customer Complaints Ticket , Inbound Ticket, AWS Tickets- to communicate with AWS,IPS

ticket actions to get support from operations



Process Audit

Internal defect action monitoring/ andon monitoring

VSOP- to give input to learning

PFMEA actions tracking to get support from operations

Quarantine Cage monitoring



Engineering

Physical testing : tool, process, time measurement

Monitoring and documentation actions



A day in the life

Review emails Check for assigned work Review inbound receive tickets, provide updates and or chase stakeholders for updates Review the inbound receive area to check for blockers Sync with Operations and address any concerns/call-outs Collect time studies Conduct process audits Write SOPs

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

------------------------

Bachelor's degree, or experience working for Amazon or any Amazon subsidiary or affiliate Experience performing data analysis using MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools Experience identifying and resolving complex issues • Ability to work flexible schedules/shifts/areas

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

----------------------------

Bachelor's degree Experience using English communication skills, both written and verbal, to foster seamless interaction with stakeholders at all levels Experience in problem solving and data analytics Experience running an effective operational excellence program • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
