für den Bereich Fermentation und Gefriertrocknung (m/w/d) einstellen.

Das Team, dem Sie beitreten können

An unserem Standort in Pohlheim produzieren wir Mikroorganismen für die Lebensmittel- und Tiernahrungsherstellung. Unser Operations-Team setzt sich aus mehreren Teamleitungen, verschiedenen Schichtteams, Prozessspezialisten und dem Planungsteam zusammen.

Wie würde Ihre Rolle aussehen?

Herstellung von Mikroorganismen im technischen Maßstab Bedienen der Produktionsanlagen im Bereich Fermentation (Upstream/Downstream), Gefriertrocknung und Verpackung. Dokumentation der Herstellungsprozesse Reinigen und Warten der technischen Anlagen Eigenverantwortliches Handeln, um die Produktion gemäß Produktionsplan und allen anderen relevanten Vorgaben erfolgreich umzusetzen. Mitarbeit in kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozessen

Wen suchen wir?

Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung (Fachkraft für Lebensmitteltechnik, Molkereifacharbeiter, Milchtechnologie, Pharmakant, BTA oder ähnlich) Erfahrungen im Bereich Fermentation, Gefriertrocknung, Sprühtrocknung oder Lebensmittelindustrie Technisches Verständnis und Interesse an biotechnologischen Vorgängen Saubere, gewissenhafte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit
