Operator ChemOps Shift 3
Summary:
Als Chemikant/Anlagenfahrer (m/w/d) in Wechselschicht werden Sie in einem unserer Produktionsbetriebe in Leverkusen eingesetzt und fahren und/oder Steuern die Anlagen oder Teilanlagen.
Responsibilities Include:Fahren (Überwachen und Steuern) von Anlagen oder unterschiedlichen Teilanlagen mittleren Schwierigkeitsgrades im zugewiesenen Produktionsbetrieb; auch über eine Meßwarte nach allgemeiner Anweisung und unter Fachaufsicht Ursachen von Störungen im Produktionsablauf erkennen und bei deren Beseitigung mitwirken An- und Abfahren von Einzelanlagen sowie Funktionsprüfungen Führen des Betriebsprotokolles Überwachung schwieriger Abfüllvorgänge bei Tank- und Kesselwagen und Absatzbehältern Vorlegen von Roh- und Zwischenprodukten Durchführen von Reaktionen Abfüllen von Produkten Einhaltung von Ordnung, Sauberkeit, Umweltschutz und Arbeitssicherheit

Qualifications:
The following are required for the roleAbgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Chemikanten (m/w/d) Grundlegendes verfahrenstechnisches und chemisches Prozessverständnis Grundlegende Kenntnisse in SAP und Office-Programmen Offenheit für neue Ideen und die Fähigkeit, sich schnell in einer neuen Arbeitsumgebung einfinden Teamplayer und eine kooperative Zusammenarbeit Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in deutscher Sprache in Wort und Schrift Ein vorhandener Staplerschein ist von Vorteil
