What you'll be doing

Conduct in-depth analyses using Looker and Excel to understand and interpret operational OKRs.

Provide consultancy and support to local operations teams with data-driven insights.

Regularly engage with management and actively contribute to strategic decision-making processes.

Prepare clear and concise reports for upper management; present findings in meetings and highlight relevant points to respective departments.

Interpret OKRs to identify root causes of operational issues in German cities.

Support the daily business with a hands-on, solution-oriented approach.

Support in Courier Onboardings from time to time.

Our humble expectations

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

A hands-on mentality and proactive approach to challenges.

Fluent English skills, both written and verbal.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate complex insights effectively.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and continuous improvement.

Great to have:

Proficiency in SQL

Looker/Snowflake experience
