Your Role

As a Operations Sourcer / Junior Recruiter (m/f/d), you will support our Talent Acquisition team with a strong focus on active sourcing for operations roles in our data centers. In this role you will identify, approach, and engage technical talent in the areas of facility management, engineering, and operations. You will be a key part of ensuring our recruitment pipeline remains strong and that we connect with the right candidates to meet the growing demands of our business.


Your responsibilities will include building and maintaining talent pools, using professional networks and digital platforms to identify potential candidates, and crafting engaging outreach messages. You will collaborate closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements, screen candidate profiles, and ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the sourcing process. This role is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on recruitment experience in a fast-paced, international environment and to develop your expertise in technical recruiting.


This role is initially a fixed term contract for 6 months.

Your Profile

Completed degree or vocational training in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field Initial experience in recruiting, HR, or talent acquisition Strong interest in active sourcing and talent identification, ideally within a technical or engineering environment Skilled in using professional networks such as LinkedIn; familiarity with Boolean search is an advantage Strong communication skills in English and German (written and spoken) Proactive, structured, and eager to learn in a dynamic, international team setting

Operations

Our Operations team keeps our customers' infrastructure running safely and securely. We get plenty of opportunities to take on variety of tasks and develop our technical skills. From overseeing electrical power to cooling and fire suppression systems, our team plays a vital role in making sure everything in our data centers operates as it should.
