Context’s Delivery team ensures the seamless execution of exceptional cultural experiences for all stakeholders—clients, travel advisors, guides, vendors, venues, and partners. We create highly personalized experiences while maintaining smooth and efficient operations.
We are seeking a
Delivery Associate
for our
France, Central & Northern Europe (FraNCE)
region, to support operational workflows (primary focus) within our portfolio, fulfillment, and guide community functions, as well as client and advisor communications for our high-quality tours.
The role reports into the FraNCE Delivery Director (based in France).
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
[Primary focus]Provide operational and administrative support across our regional portfolio, fulfillment, and guide community functions, including:
+ Ensure portfolio fulfillability by verifying tours are accurately displayed, correctly configured, and fully prepared for delivery and making adjustments as needed
+ Support product development through research and assistance with the creation of new tour offerings
+ Carry out 1:1 guide communications related to scheduled tours and daily operational needs
+ Partner with regional fulfillment staff, contractors, and external vendors to ensure accurate and seamless delivery of tours
+ Process financial transactions including vendor and guide invoicing in a timely and accurate manner Sales and customer support
+ Nurture strong relationships with both first-time and returning clients and advisors
+ Provide expert guidance on our brand, product portfolio, and the destinations we serve
+ Assist with booking, modifying, and managing orders efficiently
+ Client value maximization: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell thoughtfully, maintaining warmth and discretion
+ Ensure accurate and timely transfer of essential client information to fulfillment teams, partners, and on-the-ground guides Develop a thorough understanding of end-to-end operations to offer clients clear information, personalized suggestions, and actionable guidance
Proactively identify and escalate client pain points, collaborating across teams to continuously improve processes and service
Additional responsibilities:
Mentor and train seasonal contractors and Delivery colleagues
Actively contribute to weekly Delivery team and cross-regional meetings
Participate in region-agnostic initiatives
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
Deep expertise in—and genuine passion for—Paris, our region’s largest market. French language skills and/or expertise in Northern and Central European destinations a plus
Attention to detail with a drive for continuous process improvement and problem resolution
Sincere enthusiasm for connecting with people both via email and over the phone
Resilience and composure—you handle unhappy stakeholders with empathy and a thick skin
Cultural sensitivity—you have experience and/or interest in working with colleagues and people from around the globe
Versatility in managing a wide range of tasks and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
A curious, learning-driven mindset—you’d happily be one of our clients yourself
2-3 years work experience in a related role. Travel or hospitality industry experience is a plus
Valid legal authorization to work in the EU
