Job Description
Role Overview:
We are looking for two experienced L2 OSS Support Engineers to join an ongoing project in Frankfurt. The engineers will provide on-site support and must be available to start immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide Level 2 OSS (Operations Support System) support. Troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate technical issues as needed. Collaborate with local teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations. Communicate effectively in English and the local language.
Requirements
:Strong background in L2 OSS support. Proficiency in English and the local language (German preferred). Availability for 3 days per week on-site in Frankfurt. Ability to start immediately.
