The EMEA Onboarding Specialist plays a critical role in accelerating AE ramp time and improving rep productivity by coordinating and delivering a best-in-class new hire onboarding experience across the region. As EMEA prepares for significant headcount growth and expansion into new markets, this role will act as the central point of coordination for onboarding and early enablement. By owning onboarding execution, this role enables senior enablement and sales leaders to focus on high-impact, strategic initiatives.
What you'll do
Coordinate and facilitate the EMEA new hire onboarding program, including training delivery, scheduling, and logistics
Partner with local commercial teams to forecast upcoming hires and ensure onboarding readiness
Manage new hire tool access, account provisioning, and pre-, during-, and post-onboarding communications
Localize, translate, and maintain onboarding and training content; design and administer quizzes and certifications
Track onboarding progress, build reporting, gather feedback, and provide intervention coaching where needed to improve ramp outcomes
What you'll need
Experience in onboarding, enablement, training coordination, HR operations, or a related role
Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting commercial, sales, or customer-facing teams in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with sales tools and systems (e.g., CRM, LMS, enablement platforms, internal tooling)
Experience localizing or adapting training content across multiple regions or languages
