Job Description

1. Omnichannel Campaign Strategy: Develop full-funnel advertising plans aligning brand objectives with platform algorithms. Optimize media mix across on-site (Jingzhuntong/direct ads) and off-site (feed ads/CPS) channels to maximize exposure and conversion performance.

2. Precision Targeting & Creative Optimization: Leverage audience insights and competitive intelligence to refine keyword strategies, bidding models, and dayparting. Drive creative testing frameworks that enhance engagement rates while lowering CAC.

3. Performance Analytics & Optimization: Monitor core KPIs (CTR, ROAS) through daily/weekly reporting. Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify optimization levers and implement data-driven strategy iterations.

4. Channel Innovation & Partnership Development: Expand performance inventory through new platform partnerships and test emerging formats (social commerce, influencer content) to diversify customer acquisition streams.

5. Cross-functional Excellence: Lead promotional campaigns through alignment with marketing/creative teams. Advise product teams on ad tech improvements and document best practices for campaign life cycle management.
