Job Description

Your tasks:

Set up and operate offset printing presses according to job specifications and production schedules Adjust ink levels, paper feed, plate alignment, and register to ensure proper print quality Conduct test runs and make necessary adjustments for optimal output Monitor job progress and machine performance to ensure efficient workflow Conduct quality checks on printed or finished documents for alignment, completeness, and correct finishing Troubleshoot minor machine issues and perform basic maintenance Follow job instructions, work orders, and precisely to ensure compliance with customer specifications and internal standards Maintain accurate production logs and report any deviations, delays, or equipment issues to the supervisor Adhere to safety protocols, data protection, and confidentiality requirements, particularly in secure document environments Support team members and shift activities to meet overall production goals

Your profile:

Experience in operating offset printing presses Vocational training or certification in printing technology is preferred Familiarity with secure print protocols and ISO standards Solid understanding of ink, paper, color theory, and press mechanics Ability to interpret layouts and technical printing instructions Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work Basic computer skills Teamwork and communication skills
