Job description

You will be responsible for managing the financial, IT, administrative and managerial activities of SOGECLAIR\'s German subsidiary.

Management control :
- Updating existing management documents (exchange files, meeting preparation, etc.)
- Monitor the financial progress of projects by controlling all costs and revenues throughout the life of the project (commitments, expenditure, budget modifications and transfers, provisions, etc.);
- Analysing and identifying variances during the course of the project, between the initial budget and the final cost;
- Alerting project management and proposing corrective action in the event of forecast overruns; - Extracting and analysing the closing financial statements for projects and communicating them to Project Managers, Heads of Department and Directors, and discussing with them any significant events (variances, margin drifts or increases, etc.).
- Present the monthly production report at meetings with Operations Management.

Project management:
- Manage external and intra-group sales and purchases;
- Ensure that the project management software is monitored in terms of labour (completeness of hours and allocation to projects).
- Follow up and follow up customers and/or operational staff in charge of project follow-up for unpaid invoices;

Office management:
- Manage the subsidiary\'s IT resources in conjunction with Group management
- Ensuring that all the subsidiary\'s employees and subcontractors have access to the appropriate IT tools, through proper planning of requirements and stocks.
- In the specific case of the Airbus customer, assume the role of UEA, i.e. manage rights and access to the customer\'s networks and tools
- Manage the subsidiary\'s property portfolio, and in particular our leasing contracts
- Manage the travel policy and ensure reservations for all employees

Profile

- Knowledge of the basic accounting standards and regulations applicable to companies.
- Knowledge of business lines and company operations and the associated regulatory requirements.
- Analysis and Synthesis: tackling a problem as a whole in order to accurately determine its origin and causes and identify the relevant solutions. Get the gist of a situation from a number of elements.
- Priority management: Determining the actions to be taken based on a selection and prioritisation of criteria of urgency and importance.
- Good writing and speaking skills.
- Knowledge of ERP tools (Sage, etc.) is a plus,
- Knowledge of office software pack Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) - Professional German and English\n \n \n \n \n \n
