We are seeking a Part-Time Office & Logistics Assistant to support the daily operations of the office while providing hands-on assistance to the logistics department. This role ensures an organized work environment, manages administrative tasks, and helps coordinate incoming/outgoing shipments, documentation, and supplier/customer communication. Ideal for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented individual.

Responsibilities



Office Management



Maintain general office operations, including supplies, equipment, and facility coordination. Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, vendors, and internal staff. Manage and assist with internal event coordination and support team administrative needs. Handle basic financial administration (e.g., invoice tracking, expense collection, filing). Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems. Coordinate office-related service providers (cleaning, maintenance, utilities) if needed.

Logistics & Shipment Support



Assist in preparing and processing shipping documents (packing lists, invoices, customs forms). Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with couriers, freight companies, and suppliers. Ensure compliance with basic export/import requirements and company procedures.



Requirements:


Proven experience in office administration, logistics support, or similar roles. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Solid communication skills, both written and verbal in English and German. Familiarity with office software (Microsoft Office/Google Workspace). Ability to work independently and manage time effectively within part-time hours. Basic understanding of logistics processes (shipping, tracking, documentation). High attention to detail and accuracy. Reliability, confidentiality, and strong sense of responsibility.

Part-time

(50% workload, flexible according to company needs). On-site presence required for office and shipment handling tasks. * Close collaboration with Administration, Logistics, Operations, Marketing and Finance teams.
