About this position
What you can expect
We are looking for you to join our back office team at our location in Ludwigshafen or Mainz.
As an Office Administrator - Tender Management (gn), you will provide support throughout the entire tendering and bidding process.
Your tasks will include reviewing and checking incoming tenders, assisting with cost calculations, and preparing bid documents. You will also ensure that bids are submitted on time, take care of the necessary follow-up, and maintain and document the data in our ERP system. This also includes communication and coordination with customers and other departments such as Sales.
You will also be responsible for reviewing our employee profiles for tenders and creating corresponding individual profiles.
What you should bring to the table
Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
Relevant professional experience in back office or sales
Confident use of MS Office
Ideally, experience with CRM/ERP systems
Business fluent German, both written and spoken
Confident communication skills in English are an advantage
Very good organizational skills and high attention to detail
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
