As a Licenced Practical Nurse, you will be instrumental in providing exceptional patient care, both independently and as part of a collaborative, interdisciplinary healthcare team. Your key responsibilities include:


Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient care. Conducts patient assessments to determine care needs. Develops and implements individualized care plans. Provides personal care and performs nursing procedures. Adheres to the competency guidelines and scope of practice set by the BC College of Nurses and Midwives. Team Participation: Contribute to hospital initiatives by serving on designated committees, teams, and participating in approved research projects as assigned.

Qualifications

Registration with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing LPN.
