About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled

L3 Network & Telecom Administrator

to provide onsite support for our client’s network and telecom infrastructure. This role requires hands-on expertise in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving advanced network issues, along with the ability to execute tasks assigned by the Network/IT team.

Key Responsibilities

Provide

L3-level onsite support

for network and telecom issues. Troubleshoot and resolve complex incidents related to

Fortinet security and switching

and

Extreme Networks wireless

environments. Perform configuration, upgrades, monitoring, and maintenance of network components. Execute scheduled tasks assigned by the client’s network engineering team. Perform health checks, performance analysis, and fine-tuning of network infrastructure. Document issues, actions taken, and recommendations for improvements. Coordinate with internal teams and escalate issues when necessary. Ensure high availability, stability, and security of the network infrastructure.

Required Skills & Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a

Network Engineer / Network Administrator / Telecom Administrator

. Strong L3 troubleshooting capabilities in enterprise network environments. Hands-on experience with:

FortiGate Firewalls (mandatory)

FortiSwitch (mandatory)

Extreme Networks Access Points (preferred)

Strong understanding of routing, switching, firewall policies, VLANs, VPNs, SD-WAN, and wireless technologies. Experience handling onsite support, emergency issues, and high-priority escalations. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Relevant certifications are a plus (Fortinet NSE, CCNP, Extreme Networks certs).

Soft Skills

Excellent communication and client-facing skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
