Responsibilities:
- Provide expert support across Wide Area Network (WAN) and Local Area Network (LAN) systems.
- Offer troubleshooting assistance and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Manage and resolve support tickets in a timely and professional manner.
- Deliver support for VoIP platforms and systems, ensuring seamless communication for clients.
- Solid understanding of network support principles, specifically WAN or LAN.
- Experience with VoIP support is highly desirable.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and experience handling technical support tickets.
- Fluent or native proficiency in German (essential).
- Proficiency in English is desirable but not mandatory.
