to join our end customer in Halberstadt. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and troubleshooting passive network infrastructure (LAN/WLAN) while coordinating with internal IT and specialist teams.
This is a hands-on role that requires both technical expertise and strong communication skills to ensure smooth onsite operations.
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to passive network infrastructure (LAN & WLAN).
Provide onsite support as remote hands for specialist network engineers.
Manage ticket creation, updates, and closure using ITSM systems.
Communicate effectively with users and coordinate with internal IT teams.
Document issues, fixes, and ensure smooth handover to next-level support.
Escalate complex incidents to specialist teams or external providers when required.
Requirements
Proven experience with
passive networking and CAT6 cabling
.
Strong service orientation and excellent communication skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize onsite incidents.
