Principle duties and essential functionsProviding expert knowledge of Network Management Systems and SDN to the regional pre-sales teams Tender responses Customer presentations Training regional pre-sales personnel on products, solutions and tools Feedback on market trends to Business Development and Product Line Management teams

Knowledge, skills and experience requiredDegree or equivalent in electrical engineering, telecommunications, computer science or physics At least 10 years working experience in the area of network providers, data centers, system integrators or telco / router equipment manufacturers Advanced knowledge of Management systems for transport networks and Wavelength Division Multiplexing (WDM) Strong ability to meet deadlines with short response times Excellent presentation and communication skills Ability to take fast, autonomous decisions and work on own initiative Excellent team worker Flexibility to travel worldwide Fluent in English (both written and spoken), additional languages are advantageous A working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
