Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and motivated

Network Engineer

to join our IT team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, monitoring, and maintaining our local and wide area networks (LAN/WAN), ensuring high performance and availability of network infrastructure to support our business operations.

Responsibilities

Design, install, configure, and support network hardware and software Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues related to latency, bandwidth, and connectivity Manage firewalls, routers, switches, and access points (Cisco, Juniper, MikroTik, etc.) Configure and maintain VPNs, VLANs, and network segmentation for secure access Implement network security policies and procedures to protect sensitive data Perform routine system updates, patches, and backups Collaborate with IT support teams to resolve user issues and support business continuity Document network diagrams, configurations, and procedures Provide technical support for network-related incidents and service requests Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements

Requirements

3+ years of experience in network engineering, network administration, or related role Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, DHCP, DNS, SNMP) Hands-on experience with Cisco, Ubiquiti, Juniper, or similar networking equipment Familiarity with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, PRTG, Wireshark) Experience with firewall and security technologies (e.g., Fortinet, Palo Alto) Knowledge of cloud networking (AWS, Azure) is a plus Relevant certifications:

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: 180,00€ - 190,00€ per day

Work Location: On the road
