Job Description
We are seeking a
Network Technician
based inKarlsruhe or Nearby areas
to support our clients with on-site network installations, troubleshooting, and remote-hands activities. The role involves visiting client locations to perform tasks as scheduled or assigned on a ticket basis.Responsibilities:
Install, replace, and configure network devices (switches, routers, access points, firewalls, etc.) Perform LAN/WAN troubleshooting and connectivity checks Execute patching, cable labeling, and basic cable management Provide remote-hands support to the backend engineering team Follow SOPs and complete checklists as required
Requirements:
Prior experience as a
Network Technician
,IT Field Engineer
, or similar role Good knowledge of networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, VLANs, DHCP, DNS, cabling standards Must have your own tool kit and a Windows laptop Strong communication skills (English required; German is a plus)Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 30,00€ - 35,00€ per hour
