Job Description
We’re looking for experienced
IT & Network Support Engineers/Technicians
who enjoy hands-on work and flexible schedules.If you’re someone who prefers practical, on-site support tasks instead of a fixed desk job -this could be a perfect fit.
What You’ll Do:
Support onsite L1 & L2 IT/Networking activities Provide console access for routers, switches, and firewalls to remote teams Handle desktop, server, and rack component installations or replacements (HDDs, etc.) Offer user-level technical support and troubleshooting as needed

Experience in desktop/system administration, customer support, and incident/change management Familiar with DHCP, DNS, IP addressing, LAN/WLAN setup, and subnetting Comfortable troubleshooting on Windows, Android, and iOS Certifications like ITIL or Windows Server Admin are highly valued
