Own and operate our internal SaaS ecosystem end-to-end. Ensure stability, security, and compliance; enforce ISMS controls; maintain asset inventories; manage Azure services (Entra ID, AutoPilot, Microsoft Defender). Your Responsibilities



Manage the entire internal IT application lifecycle, including configuration, customization, integration, and operation of SaaS services across all business units Select, manage, and optimize vendors and service providers; own contract and budget management to ensure reliable partnerships Conduct regular service meetings with external providers Ensure stability, security, business continuity, and regulatory compliance Plan and execute small-scale projects to introduce and configure new SaaS solutions Document and maintain software and hardware assets in a central system (e.g., CMDB/asset inventory) and use this inventory for risk management, change planning, and audits Drive continuous improvement using ITIL and agile methods; introduce automation to improve reliability, speed, and cost efficiency Manage and integrate Azure Cloud services (Entra ID, AutoPilot, Microsoft Defender); ensure robust identity & access management and endpoint security Apply ISMS controls rigorously in daily operations and provide evidence of control effectiveness through regular reporting Operate and monitor SIEM in collaboration with CISO and external providers; investigate security incidents and drive mitigations; publish regular summaries of critical events and security controls status Track and communicate KPIs/SLAs for service availability, performance, and security; escalate risks and propose corrective actions Stay current with Zero Trust, AI-driven security, and business automation; translate trends into actionable roadmaps for the organization Support IT-driven onboarding and offboarding (Joiner–Mover–Leaver), ensuring access is right-sized and compliant with internal governance

Your Profile



Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field Proven experience in IT operations within SaaS-centric environments, IT security, and network management Strong knowledge of SIEM, cloud security, IT governance, and risk management; familiarity with frameworks such as SOC 2 Type II or ISO27001 Experience with business continuity, disaster recovery, and vulnerability management Hands-on experience with Azure services (Entra ID, Intune, AutoPilot, Microsoft Defender für Cloud) Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills; track record managing complex application landscapes and vendors Ability to navigate regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with data protection and industry standards Plus: experience with CMDB/asset inventories and Joiner–Mover–Leaver processes; automation platforms or similar scripting for automation; change and release management; building dashboards for IT & security KPIs
