We’re looking for a

Motion Designer

who will

concept and craft motion assets that blur the lines between design, animation, and technology

. The mission is to find someone with their finger firmly on the pulse of taste and culture, who can

translate what’s trending into visually arresting motion work

. This role is about

shaping moments that move people

What You'll Do

Create and deliver motion assets

that connect with audiences and anticipate cultural trends, driving engagement across social, digital, and brand touch-points.

Integrate AI and new design technologies

into your workflow to improve creative speed and output quality.

Translate static design systems into motion languages

that enhance storytelling and recognition for the brand.

Develop repeatable creative processes or toolkits

to empower the wider team to experiment with motion and AI.

Build consistency and depth

in how the brand moves, feels, and behaves across all platforms, from 2D to 3D to interactive.

What You'll Bring

---------------------

Deep experience

in motion design, animation, or related fields, with a strong understanding of core motion principles (timing, easing, anticipation, and flow).

Strong graphic design foundation

encompassing layout, typography, composition, and color theory.

Expert proficiency

in industry-standard tools like Figma, After Effects, and 3D tools such as Cinema 4D or Blender.

Curiosity and comfort

working with AI-powered design tools (e.g., Runway, Sora, Kaiber, Midjourney, etc.).

Excellent ability to contribute original ideas

in a team setting, paired with a sharp eye for visual trends across culture, fashion, art, and digital media.

Bonus*: Experience designing interactive UI motion and prototyping in tools like Figma, Rive, or Lottie.
